1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this store (powered by APay), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Product and Delivery
All products sold on th is platform are products (including but not limited to activation keys, digital files, API quotas, and services). Due to the nature of products, delivery is instantaneous upon payment confirmation. You are responsible for providing a valid email address to receive your order details.
3. Refund Policy
Because our products are products and instantly delivered, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or the API key has been used. Exceptions may be made in cases where the product is demonstrably defective or as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Cryptocurrency Payments
When choosing to pay with cryptocurrency, you are responsible for sending the exact amount requested to the correct network address (e.g., TRC20 for USDT). Failure to do so may result in permanent loss of funds, for which we cannot be held liable.
5. User Accounts and Guest Checkout
You may checkout as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
